Even in a bumpy season with unhappine s about his workload in 2025, Brown still exceeded 1,000 yards for Philly. "Brown would be the wideout ofBo Nix's and Sean Payton's dreams," Barnwell writes. "Nix's accuracy i sues downfield would be mitigated by Brown's size, catch radius and ability to win on contested-catch opportunities. Payton has unlocked ma sive seasons from bigger wide receivers such as Marques Colston and Michael Thomas. Brown could be that player for Nix while pushingCourtland Suttoninto a second wideout role. "It would be a big swing for the Broncos, but after coming within a score of making it to the Super Bowl, I wouldn't fault Payton for trying to add one more e sential player on offense." Brown has a bit of a clunky contract, and there's the drama that Denver would have to consider. But as far as a football player is concerned, it'd be hard for the Broncos to bring in someone new this offseason that's better between the white lines than Brown. Of the various deals thrown out by Barnwell in his new article, this would be one of the tougher ones to pull off.
